INITIAL CONSULTATION

Helping You Get and Stay Healthy

During your first visit to our Clinic, one of our physician assistants and staff will gather critical information. We will conduct your initial exam and decide which lab tests and other consultations may be needed.

We encourage you to bring a list of questions to discuss with us and recommend that you meet alone for at least part of your initial visit to help develop an effective doctor-patient relationship. Consider having someone accompany you when you are receiving test results or follow-up instructions.
